Important Deadlines

• January 21. You must petition to go through committee if your science
GPA is less than 2.5.
• February 11, 5:00 p.m. Letters of recommendation (four), signed “Letter
of Confidentiality” form , and transcripts
from all universities attended (original and two copies of each) due in Health
Professions Office.
• February 10 to February 12 at 11:55 p.m. Online submission of Personal
Data Sheet. Warning: If going through committee is important to you, do
not wait until the evening of February 12.
• February 28 to April 1. Committee interviews.
• June 3. Last day we will accept letters of recommendation to be included in
committee packet.
