Welcome to my web site!

By way of intro, my full name is Shala Dawn Folkman. I was born in Blackfoot, ID and soon after moved to Provo where I lived until I was eight. Though, when people ask me where I'm from, I say the great town of Brigham City, UT, where I have lived ever since. I graduated in May 2003 from Box Elder High school. After a very eventful seven months, I was married the 16 of January 2004 in the Logan Temple to a wonderful man, Adam Folkman, whose support, encouragement, and expertise has made this project possible. Thank you, Adam!

I am a Geology major here at Brigham Young University. It is such a blessing to be able to attend this great school. I am the oldest of five children and have one 11 month old child of my own--our wonderful Abigail. I love to sing, play the piano, run, read good books, be a mom, clean houses, weed gardens, and study rocks!
