Biography

I was born February 26, 1984 in Boise, Idaho. I have lived there all my life. I have an older brother named Eric and younger sister named Annie. We were always close as a family growing up, and I still see them almost every day. I attended Borah High School in Boise and had a busy and successful high school career. Science and Math were my strongest subjects. Now my brother, sister and I are all at BYU. I am a 2nd year student in the geology program. Since I was a kid, I have always loved collecting rocks, so I knew right from the start that geology was for me. I recently returned from a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints to the Great Ohio Columbus Mission. I love camping, hiking, fishing, backpacking, and generally doing anything in the outdoors. I also enjoy singing and running, although I don't run as often as I should!
